I'm Dr. Ashley L. Gray (she/her), a scholar-practitioner, activist and equity advocate. I have a passion for creating equity within higher education and beyond. With over 10 years of experience in higher education in various capacities such as a student affairs practitioner, researcher and project leader, I'm able to meet the needs of a great diversity of clients and topics.
